Flagship Project

250 MW Hyperscale Data Centre Campus, Bihar.

Proposed in partnership with the Government of Bihar, this 100-acre campus near Patna is planned as Eastern India’s premier data centre hub, with a total proposed investment of ₹3,500 crore delivered in three phases:

Phase 1 — 50 MW (foundation and core, 24 months);

Phase 2 — 100 MW (scale-up halls, cooling and redundant power);

Phase 3 — 100MW (full 250 MW campus). The campus will serve government digitisation, enterprise cloud, AI/ML compute and disaster-recovery demand, and will create skilled jobs and training opportunities for the people of Bihar.
